Supplies are included, unless you have decide to use your own. however, we recommend using your personal vacuum cleaner, floor cleaner and step stool. Whatever you decide let us know.

Unfortunately no, because we have a schedule to follow, we need at least three days in advance. We can only if we have cancelations or reschedule appointments; we will let you know.
Yes, most of the time. However, we allow 15 minutes window due to traffic and weather conditions. In the event of delay, your cleaning crew will contact you to provide an update on their expected arrival time.
You payment is due after the cleaning has been completed. Most of our clients leave the cash or check in an envelope on the kitchen counter. If you want to pay by zelle or apple pay, we will just send you a message letting you know that the cleaning has been completed so that you can send the payment. We will soon have card payment available.

For recurring service, typically two cleaners are assigned, but the schedule may require three on certain days. For deep clean could be up to five cleaners.
