No, it's not necessary but meeting in person prior any service will allow us to establish a personal connection and provide a more precise quote tailored to your specific requirements; but if you provide us with detailed information about your cleaning needs, we can generate a reliable estimate without requiring a home visit.
Supplies are included, however, we encourage you to use your own preferred products. We recommend using your personal vacuum cleaner, step stool, cleaning towels, and mop to maintain cleanliness and prevent cross-contamination. Whatever you decide let us know.
A flat rate is applied for standard service, with a designated set up time.
First- time or one time deep clean service is also flat rate, using our checklist, with a window frame time to complete the service, and the option to add extra services at an additional fee. Customized cleaning is charged hourly, based on your provided checklist, until the job is finished or split in two services if is necessary.
Unfortunately no, because we have a schedule to follow, we need at least three days in advance. We can only if we have cancelations or reschedule appointments; we will let you know.
Yes, most of the time. However, we allow 15 minutes window due to traffic and weather conditions. In the event of delay, your cleaning crew will contact you to provide an update on their expected arrival time.
You payment is due after the cleaning has been completed. Most of our clients leave the cash or check in an envelope on the kitchen counter. If you want to pay by zelle or apple pay, we will just send you a message letting you know that the cleaning has been completed so that you can send the payment. We will soon have card payment available.

You can cancel services any time without penalty, but we kindly request to be informed 30 days in advanced.
A detailed list of task to be performed will be provided to you; however, you may request additional services at an extra cost, for which we need a 7 days notice before your scheduled service to ensure a smooth integration into our schedule.
For recurring service, typically two cleaners are assigned, but the schedule may require three on certain days.
Yes, this will be depend on availability based on date and time, and prices are subject to change.
Yes, it will depend on availability; if it's within a week, the price remains the same, but if extended beyond 2-4 weeks, pricing will adjust according to the extended service period.
We understand that occasional cancellations are unavoidable; however, we kindly request notification at least 3 days prior to the scheduled service. Failure to do so, or cancellations made on the same day or after three previous cancellations, will incur a $20.00 fee per cancellation billed at your next visit. Same we will apply if we need to cancel or reschedule, you will receive $20.00 discount for that time.
