clients are responsible for providing access to the home at the scheduled time. Missed appointments due to inaccessible homes may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Please provide at least 48 hrs notice for cancellations. Last-minute cancelations ( less than 24 hours ) may incur a $60.00 fee to cover the cleaner's time.
Payment is due on the day of service unless other arrangements are made.
For safety reasons, we do not move heavy furniture, clean up hazardous materials, pets clean up, or perform outdoor services. Homes must be safe and respectful environment for our cleaners.
We love pets ! Please let us know if you have any so we can take proper precautions. Aggressive or big dogs must be secured during cleaning.
If you're not happy with any part of your cleaning, let us know within 24 hrs and we'll make it right - free of charge.
While we take great care in your home, accidents can happen, Please report any issues within 24 hrs. We're insured and will handle any valid claims promptly.
Our cleaners will only perform services as outlined in the package or service selected. Any additional requests must be scheduled ahead of time and may incur an extra charge.
We kindly ask that homes be in a reasonable state for cleaning ( e.g. no excessive clutter, trash, or hazardous conditions ). If a home is deemed unsafe or unsanitary, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the service and pricing.
Appointments on Holidays will be rescheduled one or two day after or before your cleaning service.
We may take before and after photos or your space ( no personal info ) for quality control and for any present damages.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone for reasons including unsafe work environments, harassment, repeated non payment, to many cancellations, or unreasonable demands placed on staff.
In cases or severe weather or emergency situations, we may reschedule your service for the safety or our staff.
On the event of raining or heavy traffic we allow to the crew a 15-30 minutes window frame, ( clients will be notified ).
We are not responsible for pre- existing damage, wear and tear, or faulty fixtures/surfaces that may break during normal cleaning. It's the client's responsibility to disclosure any fragile items or problem areas before cleaning begins.
